Associate of the Firm in the area of Tax Law at the office of the City of Monterrey. His practice has been developed in the legal departments of national and international companies and law firms; mainly in the areas of tax, banking and corporate law, advising national and international clients in all matters related to consulting, planning and tax litigation, development of corporate structures, trusts, protection against laws, etc. Has teaching experience at the Universidad Panamericana as an associate professor in the areas of Tax Law and Foreign Trade, at the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico as a professor of the Marketing Legal Regime and as professor of various modules of the Diploma in Tax Law given to federal secretaries, judges and magistrates by the Federal Judiciary Council (Consejo de la Judicatura Federal).
FORMATION AND STUDIES
JD and Diploma in Tax Law by the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in 1999. Postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law and Contract and Obligations Law and Master degree in Commercial and Corporate Law by the Universidad Panamericana (UP); Master in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (EGADE) and currently pursuing a Master in Tax Law from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico (UVM).
