His practice has been developed in the areas of planning , consulting and strategy for defending rights such as patents, trademarks , trade secrets, copyright, reserved rights, domain names, licenses, franchises, contracts, unfair competition, product counterfeiting, piracy and use of intellectual property rights and industrial social media and internet, distinguishing his career in administrative litigation before administrative authorities and judicial courts ( Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice , District Courts , Circuit Courts Circuit and Supreme Court of the Nation), both national and international (World Intellectual Property Organization), among others.
He has authored several articles and publications and given several lectures in Mexico.
Member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) since 2004, member of the Information Technology and Communication Committee (ICT) since 2007 and member of the Litigation Committee since 2008.
Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) from 2013.
He was graduated with Merits in the LLM in International Business Law by London School of Economics and Political Sciences (London 2011-2012).
Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana (UP) in 2004. It has postgraduate studies at the Universidad Panamericana in Litigation Institutions (2005), Master of Laws by London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) in London, UK, and various courses in Intellectual Property and a diploma by the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation.
