Works closely with our clients to help them develop appropriate schemes to comply with the data protection regime in Mexico, and provides advice to international clients. She has assisted several clients, mainly in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing areas.
She formerly worked in other law firms in the corporate and civil law areas.
She has published articles on the Mexican magazine IDC Review and Managing Intellectual Property.
Member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
Member of the International Association for Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
She graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO).
She received an LL.M degree in Law and Technology from Tilburg University, The Netherlands, and has studied various courses on Intellectual Property law.
