Her areas of expertise include Economic Competition Law and Litigation, both in an administrative and judicial level, related mainly to antitrust matters. Focused especially in advising corporations in the definition of commercial policies and strategies within the antitrust legal framework; the above, along with antitrust risk detection, and filing and processing of investigations and administrative proceedings with the Federal Economic Competition Commission and/or its appeal in the Judicial Courts.
