Partner of the firm in the Intellectual Property area in the Mexico City office. His practice focuses on planning and consulting in the field of intellectual property, both nationally and internationally, including aspects related to trademarks and slogans, copyright, industrial secrets, domain names and new technologies. He also has wide experience in negotiating and drafting contracts.
He is the author of various articles and publications and speaker in intellectual property forums.
Member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI) and of the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE).
Active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
Graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in 2005. Received an LL.M degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2010. Has studied various intellectual property courses.
