Has been part of the firm since 2001, when he incorporated as a criminal litigation intern, becoming a lawyer in 2003. Since March 2011 he has been in charge of the Criminal Litigation and Counseling on Crime Prevention area in the office of the firm in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
He has sufficient knowledge to analyze strategies and security mechanisms implemented by the companies or individuals, remarking the legal aspects that should be covered in order to prevent contingencies, due to the fact that besides his professional legal experience, he acquire knowledge and experience in the matter from his years serving as a Mexican Army Officer.
Besides the experience obtained as a litigant, serving as a Public Prosecutor’s Office intervener as well as a defender, he has the knowledge that allows him audit and advise companies in the implementation of enforcement measures of the Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations from Illicit Sources and the equivalent legislations in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Graduate in Law from the Universidad del Valle de México, Mexico City. Specialist in Criminal and Amparo Law graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City.
