Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, the Mexican Bar Association and Coordinator of the Fiscal Committee of the National Association of Business Lawyers Association. He is currently secretary of the National Board and National Executive Council of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF).

Professional Experience

Partner of the firm since 2003 in the tax practice area of the Mexico office, his practice includes Consulting and Tax Planning, Tax Audit, Customs Law, Administrative and Constitutional Law, as well as representing clients in tax disputes, at both, Federal and State level. Some relevant judicial precedents of the Supreme Court's Of Justice and the Federal Tribunal of Tax and Administrative Justice have been created by the issues discussed in trials sponsored.
He has appeared in the historic public hearing of the Supreme Court's Of Justice to present arguments regarding the Amparo brought against the Single Business Tax Rate Act, representing the National Association of Business Lawyers Association, and indirectly in defense of several clients of the firm.

Graduated with honors from the Law School, La Salle University. He has completed Graduate programs in Tax Law, Commercial and Administrative Law at the Universidad Panamericana. Participated in the "Program of Instruction for Lawyers" at the School of Law, Harvard University. He was a summer associated at Goodwing Procter & Hoar Law Firm Based in Boston, Ma.
