Her professional experience includes the attention of Civil and Commercial Matters processed in Mexico City and in other States of the Mexican Republic, both at local and Federal jurisdiction, including constitutional actions (“amparo claims”) and resources therefrom before Federal Judiciary.
She has also participated in international arbitrations, as well as in court proceedings for precautionary measures in support of arbitration, recognition and enforcement actions and actions for annulment of arbitral awards.
