Specialized in the area of intellectual property consulting and strategy. She also has extensive experience in the management of intellectual property portfolios, both nationally and internationally, as well as in the design and development of strategies, negotiations and drafting of contracts for the protection and maintenance of intellectual property rights.

Member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AMPPI) and president of the Bajío Committee.
Active participant of the Mexican Bar Association, Guanajuato Chapter.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Associate of the Firm in the Intellectual Property area since 2018. She collaborated in the Mexico City ofice and is currently responsible for the Intellectual Property Area in Bajío.
Co-author of the article "Trademark Opposition in Mexico; a year from its implementation". October 2017.
EDUCATION
Graduated from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte. She has taken several courses and diplomas in Intellectual Property at the most prestigious universities and associations.
He studied the Diploma in Energy Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, in Mexico City.
