PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Partner with over 18 years’ experience in the tax field. Francisco advises clients in both international and domestic income tax matters, corporate reorganizations, mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He provides taxation and structuring advice to public institutions and private clients.
Francisco also has experience in structuring tax-eficient investments for foreign clients making investments and acquisitions in Mexico.
Author of several articles in local and international tax publications, and
regularly participates as a speaker and panelist in various forums and conferences.

He is an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) YIN, and the National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE), among others.
His representative clients include QuadReal/bcIMC, Diageo, Costco, Grupo Opdenergy, among others.

EDUCATION
Francisco is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana School of Law. He obtained a Master's Degree in Tax Law and a Master's Degree in Financial Institutions, both from Universidad Panamericana.
