PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Commercial Arbitrator
Lawyer, Senior Associate of the Firm, of Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation practice in the Mexico City office.
Her professional practice includes, among others, the attention of Civil, Family and Commercial matters processed in Mexico City and in the States of the Mexican Republic, including Amparo Trials and appeals before State and Federal courts in Mexico City and throughout Mexico; as well as procedures in Mexico of procedural acts to be enforced in foreign courts.
Derived from her professional practice and studies, she has developed in the areas of planning, consulting, compliance and elaboration of corporate strategies, with experience in the elaboration of agreements and contracts.
She has been appointed as commercial arbitrator and has participated as a party lawyer in several arbitrations. She represents national and international clients in judicial tribunals, mediation proceedings and judicial arbitration proceedings.
FORMATION AND STUDIES
Graduated from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). She has a Master’s in Law, from which she graduated with academic excellence.
She is currently studying the Master in Commercial and Investment Arbitration at the Alcala University from Henares in Spain; in addition, has the following studies:
- Diploma in Corporate Law taught by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
- Diploma in Alternative Mechanisms to Dispute Resolution taught by the Centro de Arbitraje de México (CAM), Centro de Arbitraje de la Industria de la Construcción (CAIC) and Cámara Nacional de Comercio (CANACO).
- Diploma for ABC arbitrators taught by the Cámara Nacional de Comercio (CANACO).
- Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration taught by the Escuela Libre de Derecho, the International Court of Arbitration y la International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
- Commercial Arbitration Seminar taught by the Centro de Arbitraje de México (CAM), Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and la Universidad de Aberdeen (Escocia).
