PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With more than 14 years of experience, he is partner in the Mexico City office developing his practice in the areas of Corporate, Real Estate, Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions and International Transactional. He currently leads the firm's ESG practice.
His professional practice has been developed in the areas of planning, consulting, compliance and elaboration of corporate, corporate, contractual, mergers and acquisitions and transactional strategies at national and international levels, including corporate reorganizations and restructuring of companies and corporate groups.
